These Terms & Conditions apply to the GigGrid website and the GigGrid WordPress plugin. By downloading, installing, or using GigGrid, you agree to these terms.
1) Product
GigGrid is a WordPress plugin that helps display events for bands, artists, and venues. Features may vary between the free version and GigGrid Pro.
2) Free vs Pro
- GigGrid (Free): available as a free plugin download.
- GigGrid Pro: a paid upgrade with additional features.
3) Payments, Billing, and Refunds (Pro)
GigGrid Pro purchases are processed by Freemius. Freemius handles checkout, billing, taxes (if applicable), and license management. Refund requests and billing changes are handled through Freemius according to the terms shown at checkout and in your Freemius purchase receipt.
4) License
- GigGrid (Free): licensed under GPLv2.
- GigGrid Pro: licensed and delivered through Freemius; the controlling terms are presented at checkout and in your receipt.
5) Support
Support availability may differ between Free and Pro. When contacting support, you may be asked for basic site and plugin details to help diagnose issues.
6) Updates and Changes
GigGrid may receive updates that add, remove, or change features. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
7) Third-Party Services
GigGrid may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, Google Maps or ticketing links you provide). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8) Limitation of Liability
GigGrid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the plugin or website.
