Refunds & Billing
GigGrid Pro payments are processed by Freemius. Because Freemius handles checkout and billing, all refund requests are handled through Freemius according to the refund terms shown during checkout and in your purchase receipt.
How to request a refund
- Locate your Freemius purchase receipt email for GigGrid Pro.
- Use the receipt’s links (or the support/contact options in that email) to contact Freemius about billing/refunds.
- Include your order/license details so Freemius can locate the purchase quickly.
Note: GigGrid does not directly process payments for Pro purchases. Refund eligibility and timing are determined by Freemius.
